The King of the South could be born

AS the Sunni and Shite unite against the USA.

Introduction:

1.) The Trigger Event That Unites the Muslim World

In the closing days of February 2026, the world stands on the razor’s edge. U.S.–Iran nuclear talks in Geneva have collapsed. American carrier strike groups, air wings, and thousands of troops are massed across the Middle East—the largest such concentration in decades. Iran has repeatedly warned that any strike on its soil will bring “hellfire” on every U.S. base and every American ship within range of its missiles.

What almost no one outside of biblical prophecy watchers understands is this: God has already scheduled the exact day when Iran will deliver that blow—and it will not merely wound America. It will forge the long-prophesied King of the South.

On March 3-4, 2026—Purim—Iran will launch a coordinated, devastating surprise attack. Iranian missiles, drones, and proxy forces (Hezbollah, Houthis, Shiite militias in Iraq and Syria) will simultaneously strike every major U.S. base in the region and sink multiple U.S. warships in the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz. Hundreds, perhaps thousands, of American personnel will die in a single 24-hour period. The United States will suffer its worst military humiliation since Pearl Harbor.

That single Purim assault will accomplish what decades of diplomacy, money, and ideology could never do: it will cause the Arab nations—both Sunni and Shiite—to unite under Iranian leadership as the biblical King of the South.

2.) The Biblical Blueprint: Daniel 11:40-43

“At the time of the end the king of the South shall attack him; and the king of the North shall come against him like a whirlwind…” (Daniel 11:40 NKJV).

The late Herbert W. Armstrong and Gerald Flurry of the Philadelphia Church of God have taught for over thirty years that the end-time King of the South is a radical Islamic power bloc led by Iran. Daniel 11:43 even names the exact nations that will be at the King of the South’s “steps”: Egypt, Libya, and Ethiopia (Sudan/Ethiopia region). These are not random. They are the very nations Iran has been arming and influencing for decades.

The King of the South does not arise peacefully. It pushes—aggressively, violently—at the King of the North (a German-led European superpower). That “push” is the spark.

March 3-4, 2026, is that push.

3.) The Divine Timing: Purim 2026 – God’s Signature on Persia/Iran

Purim 2026 begins at sundown Monday, March 2, and is observed on Tuesday, March 3 (with Shushan Purim on March 4 in Jerusalem). The entire festival falls on the 14th–15th of Adar 5786.

The Book of Esther is set entirely in ancient Persia—modern Iran. Haman, the Persian official, plotted the genocide of the Jews on the 13th of Adar. God turned that day of intended destruction into the Jews’ greatest victory. The very name “Purim” comes from the Persian word for “lots”—the lots Haman cast.

Now, on the very anniversary of that ancient Persian plot, modern Persia (Iran) will strike—not at the Jews directly this time, but at their greatest ally, the United States. The irony is breathtaking. The nation (Iran/Haman) that once tried to wipe out the Jews on Purim will now, on Purim, wound the superpower (USA) that protects them (the Jews/Israel)—and in doing so, unite the Muslim world against the West.

(Note on the Adar connection: Tradition records that Moses was born and died on the 7th of Adar. Haman deliberately chose the month of Adar because it was the month “in which Moses died.” He did not know that Moses was also born on the 7th—symbolizing life out of death. Purim falls later in the same month. God loves to reverse the enemy’s calendar. What Haman meant for evil on Adar, God turned for good. What Iran means for evil on Purim 2026, God will again turn for His purposes to set up/Birth the King of the South.)

4.) The Military Reality: Why March 3-4 Is Perfectly Timed

As of late February 2026:

• U.S. bases at Al Udeid (Qatar), Al Dhafra (UAE), Prince Sultan (Saudi Arabia), Al Asad (Iraq), and others are packed with American troops and aircraft.
• Two U.S. carrier strike groups are in the region—the largest naval presence in decades.
• Iran’s ballistic missiles (Fateh-313, Sejjil, Khorramshahr) have the range to hit every one of these targets.
• The Strait of Hormuz is a choke point where a few well-placed mines, anti-ship missiles, or swarming speedboats can sink capital ships.

A simultaneous multi-axis strike—

missiles from Iran,

drones from Iraq/Syria/Yemen,

Hezbollah rockets from Lebanon

—could overwhelm U.S. defenses in the first hours. The death toll and images of burning American warships AND USA Bases will be broadcast worldwide within minutes.

There is only 1 caveat, which is:

That it is known by insiders that there is an secret understanding you are not “allowed” to sink a USA warship,

unless you want 1 of your cities nuked tit for tat/1 for 1 ratio in the subsequent USA retaliation.

5.) The Unification Effect: How One Strike Creates the King of the South

The Sunni Arab world has long feared and hated Shiite Iran. Yet when Iran demonstrates it can bleed the United States—the “Great Satan”—on such a spectacular scale, the psychology shifts overnight.

• Egypt, already teetering toward radicalization, will see Iran as the only power willing to confront America.
• Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Jordan—despite their quiet ties to the West—will be forced to choose: side with a humiliated America or join the rising Islamic superpower that just humbled her.
• Libya and Sudan (biblical Ethiopia/Put) are already heavily under Iranian influence.

The images of sunken U.S. ships and burning bases will be the ultimate recruiting poster. Sunni and Shiite clerics will call for jihad. Old rivalries will be set aside in the face of a common victory. Within weeks, a new confederacy will form—the King of the South—with Iran at its head, controlling the oil, the shipping lanes, and the nuclear threshold.

Daniel 11:40 will be fulfilled before our eyes: “the king of the South shall attack him.”
