I HAD THIS FRIEND WHO BECAME A SOVERIGN CITIZEN....HE HAD A SPECIAL ADDRESS  AND  EVEN GOT INVOLVED WITH A GUY WHO WAS  SELLING THE STATE CITZN. DEAL.... GAVE THE GUY THOUSANDS  AND EVENTUALLY WENT TO COURT...LOST IT ALL  BUT THATS BESIDE THE POINT....
